Learning outcomes
At the end of the internship the student acquires a multiple set of skills, drawn from contacts with the work market. Besides, she-he deepens her-his knowledge of the working environment to whom her-his BA course could give access.
Course contents
The internship is a work experience that can be carried out in organizations, companies, affiliated associations (including University structures that offer work placement projects).
The affiliated institutions regularly publish their offers in a special database that can be consulted by the students. The procedure to activate an internship and how to consult the database are described in detail on the BA course web page.
Readings/Bibliography
No specific load is required beyond the activities scheduled in the Internship program.
Teaching methods
The internship is a work experience in which the methods of acquisition and the improvement of competences are individually agreed between the student, the host institution and the teacher of reference, and are formally specified in the "Traineeship Program".
Assessment methods
The assessment and the threshold of pass-no pass score are established individually in the traineeship program. The host institution will certify the activities carried out in the student's booklet and fill in an online feedback form. Students are also required to complete a final questionnaire. The full compilation of the student's booklet and the final approval by the teacher of reference give the final assessment of the required learning outcomes.
