Learning outcomes

The student is able to analyze the impact of globalization on firms strategic decisions. He is focused to customization of company's offering in different countries, and to standardized/differentiated approach to competition in different countries, to choices of reconfigure their business model on an international basis.

Course contents

This course aims to form students’ knowledge in the area of International Management.

Teaching methods

The course uses a combination of lectures, seminars with student-based activities, and case studies.

Assessment methods

The students will be graded with 2 group assignments to be turned in during lessons. First assignment on thursday 18th of May. Second assignment thursday 25th of may.

Teaching tools

The course will be held using different types of resources. PowerPoint presentations of the lectures will be made available online.
