Learning outcomes
The topics of the seminar are connected to the individual fundamental rights, with special regard to their relationship with media. It will be in particolar considered the freedom of communication, freedom of information and privacy. Furthermore the lessons will deepen some issues connected to the citizenship and the condition of strangers, again with regard to the fundamental rights.

Teaching methods
The topics of the seminar are connected to the individual fundamental rights, with special regard to their relationship with media. It will be in particolar considered the freedom of communication, freedom of information and privacy. Furthermore the lessons will deepen some issues connected to the citizenship and the condition of strangers, again with regard to the fundamental rights.
Assessment methods
The seminar shall be inserted in the study plan. The examination related to the seminar shall be passed within the same academic year when the seminar was conducted.
The student enrolled to the Laurea Magistrale can receive the credits from the seminar (maximum 2 CFU) just for fill debts.
At the end of the seminar there will be a written test, consisting in answering to few open-questions on the issues of the lessons.
In order to receive the credits the student shall attend the 2/3 of the total lessons.
Teaching tools
The seminar will consist in weekly lessons with the support of computer and possibly online (by means of a chat on a specific platform), in connection with Professors and students of the Hans Bredow Institut für Medienforschung – Hambug University.
The seminar will take place of the second semester.
