Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student will acquire scientific knowledge and educational and training in the field of sports medicine and in particular is able to recognize and diagnose some of the most frequent pathologies that occur during sports activities and is able to prevent complications and to treat emergencies until the arrival of medical personnel.

Barotrauma and decompression sikmess

Doping

Atherosclerosis and high blood pressure

Diabetes mellitus, Obesity and methabolic syndrome

Asthma and COPD (chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphisema)

Acute and chronic renal failure

Oral lectures with slides. The educational material presented in the lectures will be available for the student in the electronic format via Internt. Assessment methods

Written test with multiple answer. To state the written test it is necessary to register via Internet on Almaesami within the established time. The sessions of exams will be unfolded at the end of the Course of lectures, from the month June. Remind to the students that to state the written test it is necessary to show up with the University Card and a valid Document of Identification.
