Learning outcomes
In the end of the course, the student will: - have the basic knowledge to understand how physical activity affects the quality of life through the analysis of the different situations in relation to the health status and lifestyle - the body knows , from the functional point of view, how it responds and adapts exercise, to guarantee a smooth running of the protocols work in the healthy subject. - Knows the risks inherent in the practice of 'exercise - knows the practice of the main programs individual and collective physical activity; - knows compare the effectiveness of different training methods
