Learning outcomes
The student will learn the basic ideas and tools of the
sociological discipline, with special reference to theoretical
models and concepts. The approach used in the course is historical
and critical: sociology will be presented as a historically
grounded form of knowledge embedded in a geopolitical experience
(modern western) and embodied in a professional
organization.
