Learning outcomes

The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge of the genetic and molecular basis of development.

Course contents

Mechanisms controlling embryonic development in the Drosophila model system. Use of genetic approaches employed to study gene function and to investigate signals directing developmental processes.
