Course contents

 

The class aims to analyze some of the models, theories and methodologies, the most significant in education, that have paced the “body”, play and movement as central issues of their thinking.

Teaching methods

During the class, examples of “psychomotor education” will be analyzed and discussed, after watching significant films; Power Point Presentations will support also main issues explanations, and at last will be hold 10 h. of experiential lessons.

Assessment methods

The examination will consist of:

a) written test based on multiple choice and open questions, concerning the basic book contents. 
b) a brief report (comment, critical analysis, review) about a book chosen from deepening texts or the experiential lessons.

Teaching tools

Power Point presentations, films, experiential education and traditional didactic lessons.
